Manna Development Corporation includes a variety of passionate individuals from various disciplines and genres that uniquely position us to be able to provide a variety of services necessary to bring revitalization to an area.  Our team includes an architect, mechanical engineer, a real estate broker/appraiser, social workers, grant writers and many members of the business and ecclesiastical community.  We have partnered with consultants who provide technical assistance to ensure the success of our affordable housing endeavors.  Our collaboration with Trinity Village Non-profit Housing  has been successful.  Trinity Village has a documented record of creating over 2100 units of housing at an approximate cost of $120,000,000 over a 17-year period, using a combination of MSHDA, LIHTC, HOME and CDBG fund, and Affordable Housing Program grants from the Federal Home Loan Bank and private funds.
